FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I decorate the venue - Yes you can no holes in the walls though 

  • Do you supply decorations -  We don't but we work with a local family business Ballon baby Uk  - 07772 546 060 who supply light up numbers balloon arches, etc. 

  • What time can I come to set up You can come to set up? from 7:00 PM and guests can arrive from 8 PM

  • What music does the DJ Play? We require a playlist and the DJ will play to your exact requirements

  • Do I need to clean up after? No enjoy your night we will clean after

  • What time next day can we pick up Decor?  You can pick up the decor on Tuesday 9 AM - 10 AM 

  • Do you have catering tables? We supply tables for cakes or food ( cold food )

  • Can i have hot food? Yes, But needs to be cooked and served in the garden

  • Do i need a guestlist? Yes, Please supply us a printed guestlist on the night so we can ensure only your guest go upstairs

  • What time do you close in penthouse ? We close at 2am

  • Is there a dresscode ? Yes, Same venue dresscode applies. No hoodies, tracksuits or Caps allowed

  • Are under 18's allowed in? Yes, But they need to be accomapnied by a adult

  • Is there seating? Yes, We can provide additonal seating

  • What sound system do you supply?  We supply pioneer RX2 If you need a controller bring one on the night

Terms & Conditions Of Hire 

  1. Booking is subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit

  2. The remaining book fee is to be paid 2 weeks before the event.

  3. Valid Photo ID must be presented on entry by every guest.

  4. Guestlist to be provided on the night.

  5. Only your guest will be permitted.

  6. Parent or guardian must accompany under 18's at all times and leave no later than 10:30PM

  7. CCTV is in operation at the premises and searches may be conducted on entry

  8.  Anyone found with Alcohol, Drugs or Weapons will not be permitted

  9. Management reserve the right to cancel the party at any time if these conditions are not met.

  10. NO 18TH BIRTHDAY PARTIES
